The Annual General Meeting of the Chebucto Community Net Society will be
held on
THURSDAY, APRIL 14, 2005
6.30 PM
CIBC Auditorium
Faculty of Computer Science Building, Dalhousie University
6050 University Avenue
Halifax NS
At 6.30, Andrew Wright, Chebucto's office manager, will present a visual
record of projects and activities undertaken at Chebucto over the past
year. This will be followed by the business meeting.
All are welcome to attend the meeting. However, only members in good
standing of the Society are eligible to vote on the motions presented. No
proxy votes will be accepted.
As part of the business meeting, the Nominating Committee will bring
forward a slate of directors to be elected for the term 2005 - 2007.
Nominations may also be made from the floor. You are asked to provide a
brief bio for your nominee.
